You would need to be on the national database or hope that the police do not do a collection of DNA from males in a certain geographic radius of the crime.
Wear a condom and catch buses and trains to the prospective murder sites. The warning to not shit on your own doorstep has never been better advised when it comes to raping and killing.
Also, carry a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher and bleach.
