I bout my 1st house for 54K sold it for 120K it's now worth 200KI expect in 10 years time it might be worth 300K that's the thing about house prices they go up, and you need/want to move.
If I had a pound for every time I've heard (read)someone getting confused/annoyed about this I'd have at least £20 by now
