At least i'm not the only one who has to deal with the NHSI had a meeting with one trust where their director of IT wasn't aware you could drag-and-drop emails between folders.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.I really, really hate the use of the word 'action' as a verb. It makes no sense and it is utterly, utterly wanky.
