This is a question Bad Management

Tb2571989 says Bad Management isn't just a great name for a heavy metal band - what kind of rubbish work practices have you had to put up with?

Groan
Agreed. Our management is currently 'struggling' with the decision of whether to ditch Notes or accept the upgrade to the 8.5 version. So far the argument has been made based on cost and impact to end users. But I think they need to look at the IBM strategy for Notes, which is awful. They seem to see it as its own little operating system, sitting inside Windows. And the resource requiremnts for the client are bonkers. It's a no-brainer decision for me. Sure it will cost us money to make the transition, but it will save us money in the long run, given our strategy for the rest of the desktop is Microsoft. Daft.

We've had the "upgrade" to 8.5
The interface is even worse than it was.

Nope.
I don't believe that is possible.
