I moved to A+L from ShatWestAnd the only trouble that I've ever had, is them denying me a premier account, but what I didn't realise was that was because it was already changing from a Premier 21 account to a Premier Direct account. Because it's automatic as long as you've been good, the person didn't know.
A bank charge they gave me was cleared on the phone immediately, when I pointed out a DD was taken out the day I was paid. They accepted that and said 'if it happens again, call us, and we'll sort it out'.
Fucked if they'll give me an overdraft though. Good job I don't want one!
