More great moments-seeing my kids born,
-seeing one of them go from blue to pink (phew!),
-surviving a North Sea force 9 in what felt like the smallest ferry in the UK - I kissed the quayside when I got ashore,
-living the student life in edinburgh in the late 80's, early 90's; bloody great.
-not being made redundant by Waterstone's, then leaving of my own volition.
-discovering Terry Pratchett/The Cure/Gin
-spending the last of my money, and it was the last of what money I had then, on a 24 pack of beer for a friends birthday present.
-when I travel alone, the sense of adventure and not having to worry about the family.
