Eh?Lady-garden rip, whilst having sex with her on top, would mean blood on your crotch, not your chest.
A blood clot is not, usually, something you'd cause a vagina by entering and I doubt a clot in the vagina, in the sense you seem to be referring to, would even happen.
I take it you mean she had a clot in her lung, which she coughed up due to heavy breathing?
