I'm wondering..If that was pig or cow liver, in which case I'm with you all the way. However, my Mum used to cook with lamb's liver, always with bacon and mash, was lovely..

I'm not actually sureIt was served to me a greasy spoon cafe with the rest of my fry up. So I would hazard guessing whatever the cheapest liver is.
