I've always imagined any celebrity chefs restaurant to be a hellish affair
Mainly because they have about 8 sittings a night and you'll be rushed in and out with no regard for wether you're enjoying the night or not.
I'm certain the food's great, I adore Rick Stein, but the rush and the crying children and the tourists and....it just sounds like a great big hassle to me. Food should be enjoyed over a long relaxing period with wine.
