I like to experiment
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Brussels sprouts in chocolate sauce - interesting, but ultimately unsatisfactory.

Try again.
Science requires commitment. Perhaps your chocolate got too hot and made the sauce grainy. I hate it when that happens.
