Manyyears agothere were lots of creameries in Lancashire making awesomely delicious Lancashire cheese. Now there's only one that I know of and it's nothing like as good as some of those cheeses I remember from my childhood.

This is one of the tragedies of the modern age.I've had to become a race traitor and take Wensleydale when proper Lancashire hasn't been available.
