This is a question Redundant technology

Music on vinyl records, mobile phones the size of house bricks and pornography printed on paper. What hideously out of date stuff do you still use?

Thanks to boozehound for the suggestion

mine was a swap
I painted an original canvass in exchange for this machine.
My previous one was passed onto me when a friend upgraded, sadly the hard drive imploded last year

Used a computer for the first time a mere 10 yrs ago while dossing on a friends floor after all my belongings went up in flames after a bus fire, he taught me how to do email etc, then after I finally settled down into my own flat my first ever computer was a surprise gift from some internet friends who had a whipround to keep me online.
Iam an unashamed luddite
90% of modern technology is a mystery to me.
I can survive in a forest with nothing more than a knitting needle and a paper bag.
Hand me a mobile phone or a video game and I'll gawp like a mong

i know the feeling :D
until 3 years ago, i didn't even know how to switch a computer on! the same person who gave me my computer has allowed his gamecube to live in my house for about 2 years. it's his fault i'm hooked on zelda! if anything goes wrong with my telly/video/dvd/computer, i won't touch it, i just whine to him until he fixes it for me!
i think he's getting a bit pissed off with me by now ;)
