This is a question Redundant technology

Music on vinyl records, mobile phones the size of house bricks and pornography printed on paper. What hideously out of date stuff do you still use?

Thanks to boozehound for the suggestion

Probe - best record shop ever!
No matter how obscure the stuff I was looking for the guys that worked there always seemed to know about it and, more importantly, where a copy could be had.
To all the dumb-f**ks working at HMV and the like: it's called "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and it earns you "REPEAT BUSINESS". </rant>
