when i was little, my dad got 4 horses in the bank sweepstake, 1 for each of ushis horse fell, my mum's came in second but without a rider, my brother's was sick the night before the race, and mine was 100-1.
and it WON. i was so thrilled with my shiny £1.
only years later did i realise what my dad probably got in his work sweepstake.
