There was a chap "featured" on cowboy builders last weekSet up his own building firm after 20 years' experience as a forklift driver. Promptly got given £40k to build some family an extension which he plainly couldn't do (foundations out of line, walls not level etc).
I'm not sure who was the bigger idiot...
