Books
We love books. Tell us about your favourite books and authors, and why they are so good. And while you're at it - having dined out for years on the time I threw Dan Brown out of a train window - tell us who to avoid.

We keep a copy of Roger's Profanisaurus in the office...
if you're having a bad day, pick a letter of the alphabet at random and try and read a chapter without giggling out loud.

My favourites for some reason are invariably not rude ones:
Mumra n, vb: the act of creeping up behind one's mother and shouting "Rarr!"
Tradesman's nudge n: the polite knock given to a piece of machinery by a tradesman, using a lump hammer, in order to get said machine working again.
