CormierThank you! I remember reading I am the Cheese as a kid but had totally forgotten the title and author. You know, one of those things you think every now and then, must use the internet to try and find out what that was, but never get around to. Now I will make a note of it and buy as a present for my friend's kid (and possibly read first).
Silly of me, though, as it's not entirely dissimilar in theme to Bumblebee Flies Anyway (same author) - incarcerated kids, sanity issues, etc.
