Maybe have a "mod" gaz address - this would relieve us of actually having to know who a mod is and then gaz them with something- some of us aren't all brown noses. Or know who exactly our mods are.
All mods could have access to it and whoever was available could deal with the issue or pass it on to the relevant party.
Maybe the mods could respond to the "mailus" emails now and then or check-in here occasionally with some feedback.
