Tags for pictures submittedto try and avoid unintended repetition of other people's work, perhaps the option to submit tags with one's own images, i.e. 'Star Trek Cabbage Monster' so that you can be aware of other similar images even if the original artist doesn't use descriptive text in the title or the body of the message.
