I know that Christopher Brookmyre reads the site.I picked up 2 or 3 references (fucksocks, etc) in earlier books, but in Pandaemonium (Or AFAGUSLAE, I forget which), he namechecks the site.
For those who don't know, he's a Scottish author capable of some brilliant stories. Dialogue isn't mega-sharp and believable like Rankin or Welsh, but I always have a couple in my toilets, and I have one in my car also, for emergencies. They're really funny, and I buy them all...
