Ignore is potentially too severe (and final)How about giving the option to ignore for a day/week/month/whatever as well as a final doomsday option.
Failing that, simply allowing a user to add a comment in his/her ignore list as to the reasons for the ignore being issued e.g. "obviously pissed, give him another chance" or "complete bawbag! GtF!".
