This is a question Bullies

My mum told me to stand up to bullies. So I did, and got wedgied every day for a month. I hated my boss.

An ugly red-haired twat of a bully once mugged my little brother, who was 9, of his bus money
so Bro had to walk to school, and was late, and got a slapped leg, etc.

Next day I was with Bro and obviously Carrot-Arse rolled up at the bus stop for more easy pickings.

I was only 10 but he wasn't having MY money, or Bro's either if I could help it, terrified though I was.

When he demanded our thruppences, I bravely croaked 'No!'
whereupon the bully kicked at me viciously.

I instinctively grabbed his foot and twisted it, so that he sprawled on the pavement. In my hurry to leg it, I then accidentally stamped hard on his fingers and turned on my heel, which must have at least skinned the bastard's knuckles.

We caught the bus and the day went as planned, and next day we set off fearfully for school, expecting vengeance...

...but none came. We only ever saw that prick afterwards from a distance and he certainly never threatened us again. My awesome ad hoc Kung Fu moves had triumphed!

Accidental stamping?
how does that work then?

I was so surprised at what I'd done, and he was so completely stretched out on the pavement,
that when I turned to run off his hand went under my foot. It was all over in a second.

Must've looked WELL slick.

He was a year or two older too, and I now remember his stupid surname - Tickley. Hah.

A matter of legality...
To quote what an old kung foo instructor once told me.. If you knock the person who's attacked you to the ground and them kick 'em afterwards that's illegal and they can sue. But if when questioned later you say that you were confused because "it all happened so fast" and "you accidentally run away *over* them" then that's ok. :-)

Ahem,
*cough* of course from your story it sounds like the bully started an unfortunate chain of random events that resulted in some terrible misfortune on his part. The similarity or apparent occurance in the story of an accidental unleashing of ninja skillz is obviously purely coincidental. ;-)

Yes, and as that's exactly what happened in this instance then we have a sound precedent
which can be quoted in context, viz. 'I read on a website that...'

i always imagine
the day i have a fight it will end up like this.
I'm 43 now fit as fuck and enjoy running. Funnily enough i always seem to avoid violence and the life threatening kicking i will almost certainly receive. (but in my imagination it would be so different).
