I hear that...I recently spent three hours over several days being nice to them, and got nowhere. I then phoned their manager in Belfast and stuck a load of fuck's into him. Problem resolved that day.
I earn on bonuses (from between 3 and 11k a month) so their figures are always out. I have now reached agreement with my ex to just fuck them off and do it privately.
