presumably
the cheque is either annually, in Turkish lira, or monthly.

If it's monthly, then I guess doctors, rock stars, IT managers, Prime Ministers etc... are all in the wrong game.

monthly, my friend, in pounds
naturally it varies, and that's a good month, but a good sales manager, working in b2b telesales can clear a lot. With my end of year bonuses i'll clear 80k this year. Although, unbelievably, everything over 3k per month has 51% deductions (40% tax, 11% n.i.) plus pensions etc so i'm still always skint.. Phone sales is the ideal job if you're intelligent, can think on your feet and you make work your top priority. I'll be retired by fifty, with a secure future and i can also provide my son with a good private education. This is why phone salesmen have balls and are "in your face"

incidentally,
seniot politicians earn more, and claim even more. GPs earn about 7500 a month. Rock stars and footballerse earn a lot more. IT managers though, well... They're kept in jobs by salespeople and are generally overpaid and underworked. Sure, on occasions complex IT is vital but in the main is it so hard to manage a server and keep email up?

Actually
I've known sales guys do €25k in a week. Rare, but not unknown. One office near here, the boss was doing €200,000 to €250,000, after costs, per week.

He's in prison now
