An old mate of mine passed his test at 17 and bought a 0.9l Fiat cinquecento.It looked like a black postman pat van and would rattle if you went over 60.
He put Viper strips up the bonnet, along the roof and down the back...
Using Duct tape.
He drove it like that for months.

He also added flashing valve caps on the wheels, and cut holes in the parcel shelf for some massive speakers.I must add it didn't stop me sitting in the passenger seat thinking we were the dogs bollocks.
