I know someone who parks pretty much where they like.When he sees a traffic warden trying to ticket his car, he says,
"It's alright, your mate said it would be ok for ten minutes."
If pushed further,
"Look, I gave him a tenner, I'm not giving you one as well!"
At this point they usually just walk away!
