A bit unfair of them
They could have least chucked you a fiver for your meal. After all, if they did not want you parked there, they could have put a sign up or blocked the road.

If the road is closed, close the road. Otherwise, don't be getting arsey with someone parking up to eat their dinner.

If only there were some sort of portable devices, cone-shaped for stability, that you could place on a road to form a temporary and highly visible barrier. These "cones" across a "road" could be used to indicate prohibited access; while remining easily passable to authorised traffic. I propose to call this invention "Cone Roads", anyone want to fund the idea?
