One of my heroes......and not coincidentally one of the greatest speakers I have ever seen live, was Ken Campbell. Who told me to be quiet. I'm still mortified in my little heart by that. And I deserved it which made it worse. :(

One of my heroes too...Saw most of the great man's shows. I remember my Dad too me to one of his shows when I was about 12. We were sat quite near the front and Ken directed most of his performance at me, he ended up just chatting to me and ignoring the rest of the audience!
He was the funniest man I ever met.
