...what about somewhere like dA?
Ok, I know you only get a relatively small slice of the money but it takes all the hassle out of your hands.
Alternatively, just research online printing companies.
I got myself 3 A3-sized photo prints done for about £15 inc postage - at that price you could afford to sell them on for a tidy profit.
