I grew up in a predominantly white village.As a kid I remember my mum worked with this black fella. He used to wipe his hand on my face a say 'ooh I got black on you!'
'nooo, where ? get it off!'
'Ok'
He would get a balled up bit of tissue and pretend to clean where he put his hand.
