Child LabourThere is a special part of Hell I'd like to reserve for those arses that order every single Sunday paper. Do you know how heavy that makes the bundle of papers some poor kid (ie me) has to lug around? Funny how your papers always seemed to get mangled in your letterbox...
I loved my paper round, but, looking back, I was getting paid peanuts to ruin my back and cycle around in the cold and dark. How were you exploited as a child?

paper rounds..i used to get paid £18 a week (big money at 14!) for doing a morning round at 6am, an evening round at 4pm, and then doing a huge 40 supliment paper round on a sunday.
worst thing was by the time i got my wages i had about £3 cos i'd already took magazinges and choccy bars out of my wages :(
edit: now there's a 16yr old kid at work earning over £1000 a month and he wonders why i don't like him
