you know what makes all other methods of preparing potato taste good?other things. with chips it's the oil and salt and vinegar. mash it's the butter and seasoning.
treat a jacket potato right and it's delicious with just a bit of butter and a sprinkle of salt or pepper.

side dish of hellThing is... Chips and Roasted variaties of potatoe are ment to be a side dish yet my woman orders a jacket potatoe most weeks if we are out for lunch and has beans or cheese draped over it....
I just do get it to the point of insanity.
