Smaug says: Ricky Gervais. Lesbian pr0n. Going into a crowded bar, purely because it's crowded. All these things seem to be popular with everybody else, but I just can't work out why. What leaves you cold just as much as it turns everyone else on?

Is this supposed to be funny?
see also'Curb your enthusiasm'.
There's a lot of hate for 'Twilight'. Is it really that bad?

better when not in the context of the show though. Second series is pretty dire.

hate this show because "it makes us all look like idiots". Sorry mate, but they're actually pretty spot-on with their portrayal of NZ guys, especially Jemaine.
Incidentally I love the show, but I get why other people don't - it fits into a very specific niche.

100000 screaming 12 year olds fainting and swooning after a fictional effeminate vampire.
It's a cheesy, badly written romance novel with a cliche supernatural element thrown in.
I rest my case.

...I enjoy Flight Of The Conchords is due to the range of the songs. A lot of them are fairly clever parodies, I've never been one for musical comedy in general but they cover the style of most genres fairly accurately. The Japanese Karaoke song in the second series had me in stitches.
