My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

Hmm...I kind of agree... though I'm of Liverpudlian/Devonian (what a combination) descent currently at Uni in Southampton and I travel to Anfield at least five times a season. I guess I am an out-of-towner, but that doesn't mean I don't love my club as much as the local scouser from Bootle or Huyton.
