This is a question Common

Freddy Woo writes, "My wife thinks calling the front room a lounge is common. Worse, a friend of hers recently admonished her daughter for calling a toilet, a toilet. Lavatory darling. It's lavatory."

My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

What stuff do you think is common?

hiring, or renting
a villa isn't that common to be fair, i done it a few years back at enormous expense, but it was nice having your own swimming pool and diving in butt naked...which i only done once because it slammed by nutsack about a bit too much..

hiring a studio in Kos for a week, or Shagaluf would be infinitely more common.

In fact booking any 7 night holiday in the £100 to £200 price range is very common
