My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

Oh, andPEOPLE WHO INSIST IN TYPING IN CAPITAL LETTERS AND NOT USING ANY PUNCTUATION ITS ANNOYING I MEAN SOMETIMES THE SPELLING IS PERFECT BUT READING THEIR STUFF ALOUD WILL CAUSE YOU TO GO HOARSE AND DIE OF OXYGEN DEPRIVATION
And that's not a class thing. My big, huge, 90 grand a year ex big boss used to type like that.
