My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

my friends have learnedNEVER to use text-speak in an e-mail or text message that's being sent to me. i won't reply to it. i won't even read it. it makes the enamel on my teeth judder in distaste just to see it.
