My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.
What stuff do you think is common?

Though we had great kids TV like this in strailya, we had no idea what a common was. I always thought it was classist commentary on the furry critters' predilection for picking through garbage. Only upon moving to London in my mid 20s did the light-bulb ding over my head.
