ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

The replyI’m sorry to hear a cashier at our XXX branch refused to sell you ice as you didn't have identification with you at the time. I can understand how confused and disappointing this must be for you as... I know I was baffled when reading through your email. I must admit I've never heard of this in the 10 years I've worked for Tesco and I'd like to look into this further for you.
