ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Logitech are pretty good for that too! I had a G25 wheel that was over a year out of warranty. The belt that did the force feedback had gone and I emailed them asking for advice.
Within the week, I had a new wheel and had to smash and take a pic of the old one to prove I destroyed it. Fun all round!
Also had 2 £60 mice replaced over 4 years that had died with them too. Great company!
