ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

It's much, much betterfor companies to be like this than to be cunts about stuff. The loyalty you get back is amazing.
Only problem is though, no one ever needs to buy a new pair of boots...
