ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Presumablyif you just pay them the amount owed, but minus a ''court fee'', they will be unable to take it to court? And if they did, it's not like you'd refused to pay anything, but rather paid everything- minus spurious charges- when they asked you to.
