ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I wish I could remember the name of the brand of cider.....but apparently it's brewed without additives or something, I brought a friend a pint of it, and it tasted disgusting.
Took it back to the bar, and the conversation went like this.
Me: This cider tastes off.
Barman: Is it Brand XXXX cider?
Me: Yes.
Barman: That's how it tastes.
Me: Oh. Bottle of Magners please.
