ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I have no idea what I did with the letterI recall sympathy for my plight and a promise that heads would roll in quality control.
The point was that Burtons are nice folk.
