ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I complainedwhen my dessert in a restaurant in brighton had a bit of plastic in it. I told the waitress and she said she'd speak to the chef.
When she came back she told me the chef said it wasn't his fault, because it must have fallen out of the box he tipped the dessert out of. :-(
