This is a question Complaining

I like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I've just moved from London to Melbourne and I'm very surprised about the frequency and level of fines in Australia for the most benign things. A friend got fined $170 for putting his feet up on the seat of a train. It's not like he had any cause for argument but the amount seems a bit steep.

For a laidback country of larrikins it seems like they are quite uptight about stuff once they get into a position of power.

The Met inspectors in melbourne are notorious
they seem to consist mainly of people who were fired from their late night bouncer jobs, because they posed too much of a threat to the safety of the patrons.

It's how our pathetic excuse for what is sometimes called "government"
brings in a few more dollars, while they blow taxpayers money at a rate they can never sustain. Couldn't organise a root in a brothel with a fistfull of $50's, our management.
