ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I once complained about a "chocolate biscuit assortment", where some of the biscuits did not have chocolate on.In my nice letter I said "whilst I understand you reserve the right to change the specification from that shown, I rather feel it is against the spirit of a Chocolate assortment to include non-chocolate biscuits".
They were very nice and sent me vouchers to get more biscuits.
Be nice to people when complaining, and sometimes they are nice back.
