ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I had a similar hellish time with the SatioWent through three handsets, and the third one went off for repair.
It was clearly shite, but Vodafone refused to take it back and let me get a different handset.
So i flogged it to mazuma and got myself a perfectly good Samsung PAAYG phone for a fraction fo the cost.
Shame, cos the Satio did have a cracking camera in it. But I'll never have a sony phone again

I had sony's all the way up to the Satioit's now in my drawer (awaiting an accident) while my HTC Desire is on my desk.
Ace cameras but Voda + SE = Fuck-up!
