Unfortunately,I am in a different jurisdiction and the small claims court ain't going to work for me. It will cost me as much to chase it this way (time spent etc) as it will to purchase the ingredients for a small but effective incendiary device and attach it to a discreet yet powerful pigeon for delivery.
Thanks though. Along with FlyBe, BMIBaby have some form for this sort of thing and haven't even responded to the EU's threats.

Doesn't matter which jurisdiction you're in,say it anyway - it's the closest you can get to a magic bullet that'll get corporate people moving. They'll probably fail to notice that it's not a valid promise.
