ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

No, I'm not sure at all that it's about me...That said, he knows why I was off, so even if it was about someone else, he surely would know that I'd read it.
Although another possibility has occurred to me: that it wasn't him at all, merely someone with the same name... which isn't exactly stretching the bounds of feasibility in a hospital with 7500 staff O_o
